Leaf Email works in a basic form without a licence. Safety and consent features are never licensed and keep working if a licence lapses.

Activate
Settings, Leaf Licences: paste the key from your purchase email. A key belongs to one site address, including WordPress in a subfolder. Remove from this site frees the activation so you can use the key elsewhere. Manage keys in your account or the licence portal.
If a licence lapses while Brevo or SendGrid is selected, sending pauses and the queue is kept; switch to WordPress mail or SMTP, or renew.
