Last updated: 1 November 2026. These terms apply when you buy or use software from Leaf Products (leafproducts.in), operated by Leaf Plugins (“we”, “us”).
What you are buying
You buy a licence for a WordPress plugin, such as Leaf Concierge. Each plugin works in a basic form without a licence. The licence key you receive after paying unlocks all of the plugin’s features, and gives you updates and support, for the number of sites and the period shown on your plan. If a licence expires, is refunded or is revoked, the plugin returns to its basic form. Your content and settings are not deleted.
Licence
- One licence key covers the number of sites in your plan (1, 5 or 25).
- You may use the plugin on your own sites and on sites you build for clients, within that site limit.
- You may not resell, share or publish your key, or sell copies of the plugin as your own product.
- The licence key is checked against our licence server. Using a key to unlock the plugin on more sites than your plan allows, or using a key that was shared or generated by someone else, is not permitted.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. We accept payment by UPI. After you pay, you enter the 12-digit UPI reference on the order page. We check the payment in our account and then confirm your order. Your licence key and download are released after that confirmation, so there can be a delay outside working hours.
Renewals
Monthly and yearly plans do not renew by themselves. We do not store your payment details and we do not charge you again without you placing a new order.
Support
Support is provided through our Support page for as long as your licence is active. We aim to reply within two working days.
Refunds
Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
Limits of liability
The plugin is provided as it is. Features that use AI providers depend on a third-party account that you set up and pay for yourself. We are not responsible for answers produced by those providers. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the plugin or buying after a change means you accept the new terms.
