What we collect when you buy
- Your name, email address and billing address, so we can process the order and send your licence key and download.
- Your order details, including what you bought and the amount.
- Payment records: the UPI reference you submit, the time, and who confirmed the payment. We keep these for accounting and tax records.
What the licence server records
When you activate a key, the licence server stores the key, the plan and the address and name of the site where you activated it. The plugin contacts the licence server when you activate, and checks again about once a day, to confirm that the licence is still valid and to deliver updates. We use it for nothing else.
Your account and cookies
If you create an account, we store your login details and order history. The shop sets cookies that keep your cart and login working. We do not use advertising cookies.
Who sees your data
We do not sell your data. It is shared only with services needed to run the shop, such as our hosting provider and email delivery, and where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep order and payment records for as long as accounting and tax rules require. Other data is deleted when you ask us to, unless we must keep it by law.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you through our Support page. You can also use the export and erase tools available to site owners under WordPress privacy settings.
Leaf plugins on your own site
Our plugins run on your WordPress site. They do not send your visitors’ data to us. Plugins that use an AI provider send the visitor’s question and matching text from your pages to the provider you choose. Our plugin documentation says exactly what each plugin sends.
